Metaphor's

WALT: use metaphors to make our writing more descriptive. We took part in a “Get NZ Writing” project. We wrote on postcards and had to describe ourselves using metaphors. We sent our postcards to Hukanui School in Hamilton. They sent postcards back to us. Here are some metaphors from my poem. WLAT: control and manoeuvre a hockey ball WILF: Steady hand Correct grip on stick Eye tracing the ball Pushing the ball Crouch position My next step is pushing the ball and staying in the crouch position.
